Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jj11 ("the Operator"). By accessing the jj11 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "jj11" / "the Operator" / "we" / "us" refers to the jj11 platform and its operating entity, accessible at jj11.pro.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jj11 account or otherwise accesses the platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the jj11 platform.
- "Balance" means the PKR funds held within a Player's jj11 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any eligible winnings.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus PKR amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
- "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports event, or other betting market offered on the jj11 platform.
- "Platform" means the jj11 website, mobile browser interface, and all services accessible at jj11.pro.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency of transaction on the jj11 platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on the jj11 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is also implied by any of the following actions:
- Clicking any "Register", "Sign Up", or "Create Account" button on the jj11 platform;
- Making a deposit into your jj11 Account;
- Placing any wager on the platform, whether for real money or bonus funds;
- Continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions has taken effect.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jj11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of the Account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jj11 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to hold an Account or place any wager.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual natural person, acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of jj11 or any of its affiliated game or software providers.
- You must not be self-excluded from the jj11 platform or any associated gaming network at the time of registration or during the lifetime of your Account.
- You must not have had a previous jj11 Account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Age Verification: jj11 may request documentary proof of age at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that an Account is held by an underage individual. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and any balance being withheld pending verification. If it is confirmed that an Account holder is under 21, the Account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the extent operationally practicable.
4. Account Registration
To use the real-money features of the jj11 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jj11 platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You must provide a valid email address and/or mobile phone number that you own and have access to. This information will be used for Account verification, communication, and security purposes.
- jj11 may verify your identity at any point by requesting official identification documents, such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued documentation acceptable to jj11.
- jj11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Upon successful registration, jj11 will create a PKR-denominated wallet within your Account. This wallet is used to hold deposited funds, receive winnings, and fund wagers on the platform.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jj11 Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your jj11 Account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your jj11 Account that is not used on any other website or service.
- You must notify jj11 support immediately upon becoming aware — or suspecting — that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
jj11 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials, or where the Player has voluntarily shared their login details with a third party. All wagers and transactions placed through a Player's Account will be deemed to have been made by the Account holder unless jj11 is notified of a security breach in a timely manner.
6. Deposits & Payments
jj11 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- EasyPaisa mobile wallet
- HBL bank transfer
- UBL bank transfer
- Meezan Bank transfer
The following terms apply to all deposits made on the jj11 platform:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by jj11 at any time with reasonable notice.
- jj11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. jj11 accepts no responsibility for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
- jj11 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any funds deposited into a Player's Account where there are reasonable grounds to do so for compliance or security purposes.
- Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. jj11 does not pay interest on Account balances.
Currency: All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jj11 are denominated and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by jj11. Players are responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by their own banking or payment providers where applicable.
7. Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of eligible funds from their jj11 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same Account. jj11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not on record for that Account.
- Identity verification must be completed before jj11 will process any withdrawal request. This may include submission of CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — jj11 does not guarantee specific processing durations.
- Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and bonus funds where wagering has been completed may be withdrawn.
- jj11 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds. Processing of such requests may be delayed pending completion of these checks.
- jj11 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request and suspend an Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
jj11 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions:
- Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus terms where they conflict.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are issued to a Player's Account on a one-per-promotion basis unless otherwise stated. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate Accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all related funds.
- jj11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
- jj11 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse or any other form of promotional exploitation.
- Free bets and free spins, where offered, have a monetary value as stated in the relevant promotion and any winnings generated from them will be credited as Bonus Funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
9. Betting Rules
All wagers placed on the jj11 platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant event or product:
- All bets are placed at the odds or paytable values displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by jj11, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player.
- jj11 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake that resulted in materially incorrect odds being offered.
- In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the governing body's official rules, jj11's sport-specific settlement rules will apply. Players are advised to consult the relevant sport's rules within the platform prior to placing a wager.
- For live in-play betting, jj11 cannot guarantee that all odds displayed are free from latency or data lag. jj11 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during periods of obvious technical disruption.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at jj11's discretion for specific events, markets, or Players.
- Any winnings resulting from a successful wager will be credited to the Player's real-money balance and will be available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 7.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj11 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:
- Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, verification, or customer support interactions;
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the jj11 platform in a manner not sanctioned by jj11;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error are required to notify jj11 support immediately;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or misuse of payment methods on the platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the jj11 platform's underlying software, code, or infrastructure;
- Making chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider where the underlying transaction was legitimate and authorised by the Account holder.
jj11 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and payment processors in investigating suspected fraud or financial crime. Player Accounts under investigation may be suspended for the duration of any investigation without advance notice.
11. Responsible Gaming
jj11 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all Account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based session reminders that display a notification after a set period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and no wagers can be placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and close the Account for a minimum of 6 months. Self-excluded players may not circumvent this restriction by opening a new Account.
jj11 enforces its 21+ age policy strictly. If at any point jj11 has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21, or that a Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, jj11 reserves the right to restrict or close the Account without prior notice pending investigation.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the jj11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of jj11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jj11 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
- This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any part of the jj11 platform's content without prior written consent from jj11.
- Game software and content provided by third-party game suppliers on the jj11 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective suppliers. Use of such content is governed by the terms of the relevant supplier's licence.
- Any unauthorised use of jj11's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj11 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jj11 platform;
- Any losses arising from interruptions, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, or any other technical malfunction affecting the platform;
- Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials;
- Any losses arising from events beyond jj11's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, internet service disruptions, or actions of government authorities.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jj11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jj11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
jj11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jj11.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood jj11's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Key data practices include:
- Personal data collected during registration and verification is used to operate your Account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations;
- jj11 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
- Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements;

15. Amendments to Terms
jj11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to any amendments:

- If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any eligible balance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards applicable to jj11's operating jurisdiction.
- In the event of a dispute between a Player and jj11, the Player is encouraged to first contact jj11's support team to seek an amicable resolution. jj11 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, jj11 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service. Players will be informed of the applicable procedure at the time the dispute is escalated.
- Nothing in this section shall prevent jj11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where jj11 determines such action to be necessary to protect its interests.
